toyotech ultimat lift. what size tires please help!!

    hey thanks,
    Im looking to get a 3in ultimate lift for my 05 double cab trd (o.r.) having trouble stringing together the tire and wheel sizes i should go with. i deff want to go with duratracs and a 18-20'' wheels

    My question is:
    How big can i go.
    what off set should i go with. (sound like 4.5 would be the way to go just looking for confermation)
    and please is there any info im missing that i would need to order this.
