I just had some MB TKO -6 offset rims installed on stock tires. Stock suspension, no lift. 09 DCSB TRD Offroad.
    265/70R16 tires.

I have this same issue. MY front-right wheel well has less space near the mud flaps when compared to all others. 2 fingers wide vs 4 fingers at the back of the wheel.

When turning hard right it rubs on the mud flap at the back.

Would adding caster move it more forward?
