So I am about to be getting a winch bumper for my truck and currently have OME 884's on Bilstein 5100's. It has been recommended to upgrade to the 886's for the added weight and everything but I wasn't sure what shocks to go with.

I am working on a budget and wanted to know if I could run the 886's with the 5100's and be ok, or if I needed to bump up to a beefier shock?

i think you might need to run the ome shocks. the n9000's i think. from my understanding, they are valved for ome's springs
