...So when performing the Rear Spring TSB, is there any reason to remove the rear shocks? After noticing the rear of the truck is higher on pass side than the driver side, i looked down at the shocks and noticed a difference between where the top of shock mounts. Seems to be a finger size gap on pass side while driver side is flush. The truck was even before having the TSB done.

Is this normal? Btw, i do have the 3" OME Complete Setup if it makes any difference.

Not normal. Take it back. I had it done and they replaced the shocks too, but I have a 2.7L SR5.
Was the truck sitting level when you took the pics?

Truck is sitting level. im curious if they take out the shocks to do the tsb being as with the lift, they come with a little rubber spacer and it seems to be missing from the driver side causing it to be lower.

Just called toyota and im going down there now to have them look at it.

Check the torque. Seems like that nut is a little loose which could explain the uneveness.

just went to toyota and they got me scheduled for monday. Def looks like the driver side is missing required rubber spacers that come with shocks. Tech must of forgotten to put them back in.
