Thinking of going the bilsteins 5100 set at 1.75 and eibach springs to get a full 3 in of lift. Had anyone have had problems with this setup?

That would give you over 3" lift, and kill your CV's.

Set the 5100's at the .85" setting, and that will give 2.5", or a little more. Much better for your CV's.

2.5" is probably all you want for your cvs... but people get 3" all the time with OME

toytec says you can set the shocks on the second c clip with the eibachs and get 3 inches an if you worried about cv boot get a diff drop kit

"1.5 to 3" lift kit with Eibach front coils (3" average lift is achieved with coils and setting the shock adjustment on the second C clip setting from the bottom) DO NOT EXCEED THIS SETTING OR DAMAGE CAN OCCUR"

they only rotate the diff... not drop it... they go under the front mounts thus lowering the front and rotating the rear mount (which is the axle) so it doesnt actually drop the axle... so cv angles dont change.

they can actually possible do more harm because the make the diff mounts more prone to damage and the also rotate the pinion to be high and not is the oil as much. With good oil it shouldnt matter but is something to think about

    the front of the mount...

hold a pencil (axle mount) by the eraser in you thumb and index finger. image the eraser is the axle (perpendicular to the pencil). if you lower the tip of the pencil the eraser only pivots, it does not get lower

The front of the diff, Yes. But not the axels.....not enough to actually help the CV's.
