Ok, I'm planning to get the 2.5" bilstein front lift and the 2" AAL. If I have a 16x8 wheel with a 4-4.5 in backspace, can I fit on the 285s with minimal rubbing? Or would I have to trim?

You'll have to trim but it shouldn't be much. Those are the ideal specs for fitting 285's.
