fox coils and rears startin to corrode

So I got the coils from offroadwarehouse and the rears from allpro and they both seem to be doing the same thing corroding wise. I have waxed them monthly, made sure the clamps that hold em on the bracket weren't putting to much pressure on the cylinder, and kept them clean as I can but it doesn't seem to be helping. I really dont know if its just the location(SW VA) with salt being on the roads the whole winter or a design flaw. I just got them in August and I dont know what else to do. I called fox today and they said send pics so I figured I'd let yall know too. Here's a few pics more in my gallery.

Mine are the same way but probably in even worse shape.

 

So update on the coil overs, fox has been nice enough to ship me brand new coilovers and rear shocks, now what can I do to prevent this from happening again??? I know someone earlier mentioned clear coating them, do I protect the coils and spray the rest of the shock. I just want these beautiful things to stay that way. edit: I also just thought I'd ask if taking off the sway bar would damage the shocks in any way. I know a lot of people run the coils without the sway bar but the shocks were made with the sway bar in mind since they have the relocating bracket for the sway bar. I really appreciate the help, lemme know what yall think.

 

So do you think it'll improve the ride quality and or offroad performance, the articulation will be nice. I mean I guess it'll transfer over some of the stress to the other coils maybe not bottoming it out as much or something but at the same time making it stiffer?

 

ya good point think ill leave it off for a bit and see how she rides.
