Do i need sway bar relocation brackets????

I just got a pair of downey coil overs of Craig's List for my DCSB 2006 tacoma, they are going to be put at around 3 inches. They did not come with sway bar relocation brackets or any thing else that is similar besides, they coil and shock set up, and the wrench to cranch them up or down. Do i need these brackets or can i just put them on, as is. thanks guys

 

im not sure, he said that they provide a 3 inch lift, so if the sway bar does not rub, then i am good?

 

also do i need any other parts to go with it besides the sway bar brackets?

and can i wait a few months to buy UCA's or is it really important to get them on now, thanks.

 

Nope its just fine do it! Lots of guys have taken them off. first and second gen.
also no you don't need to buy them right away.

 

put them in today, did not rub on sway bar

 

i left my sway bar off. you just have to remember that it's a truck not a race car, so drive it like a lifted truck.

don't go past 2.5" if you plan on keeping stock UCA's.

 

Ok the coils did not rub the first few days, but then started rubbing and squeeking louldley soon after, i got the relocation brackets and installed them my self, everything is good now. Thanks Guys!

 

No, but you do need to relocate your swaybar off the truck.
