I just put on a fat bobs 3" lift, and I am putting on 30.5" X 10.5 tires...can anyone from experience or just knowledge in general tell me approx how much mpg i will lose? also, will i need to re-gear if i go this big on tires? i know i will need to calibrate my spedometer as well...thanks all, I am not mechanically inclined and any info will help.

Nevermind your an Sr5 so your 6. That's not a very big tire at all amigo so power loss a.d mpg loss will depend on the tire weight. Your speedo should be more accurate with this tire size, mine was.

i just checked my mpg today and I got 19.2mpg, thats with a 2" lift and a bestop canvas topper.

If your getting bad MPG then change your driving habits

Ahh hmm. Look at the builds section. and talk to neslerrah. He should be able to help you out a bunch.

Just out of curiosity how do you have an Sr5 5 lug? I thought that the color matched front bumper, Chrome rear bumper and color matched fender flares was only am option on the 6 lug.

Im just curious. Who knows, I mean toyota makes a 4 door 4 banger, maybe they changed what options come with what.

When I bought my truck, SR5 package meant: chrome grill surround, color matched fenders, special emblems, and a few others things I cannot remember.

when I get it back from Firestone...hopefully it'll be today, but they said at the latest tomorrow...does anyone know if my MPG will lower and by about how much?...for the 2010's, the SR5 package as I understand it comes with: backup camera, aux cable, etc...mine has that...so i get all the options but with a 4 cyl 4 door, setting low to the ground type taco.
