yellow billy vs stock strut

    3" lift front and back
    I noticed that the stock yellow billy HD have a 2 or 3 inch rod between the valve body and the bottom bushing while my stock and my KYB monomax do not have the rod section. Strut body and bushing is welded together.
    Just thinking is all...... :)
