Thumbs up Cheap Leveler

Ride Control by AIR LIFT . . . .
I installed this kit (Kit No. 59561) because when putting luggage, tools, etc. into the bed with a camper shell on it, the headlights irritated oncoming drivers. I got a "T" for the air line, & put the valve at the license plate hole on the rear bumper. I keep 20 lbs of air in mine all the time & the ride is still really good (don't notice any harsh ride).

It was really easy & inexpensive to fix the ride/load problem.

i hear that putting a T connector in allows the air to move from bag to bag when weight shifts or hard cornering. seems like having the bags seperate would be better

Ok a old thread dredged up by searching. In the future I will add air bags. How about a single valve to make it easy to fill both sides equally, then close a inline valve in one side to prevent the cross flowing ? If you wanted different psi in each you could fill them both to lowest desired level on 'valved' side then close valve and finish filling the other.
