Ok so I have a '08 TRD Sport Double Cab 2wd. I want to lift it at least 3 inches for cheap. At most $1000 installed. I want to fit at least 33's. The bigger the better. I know lift blocks are the devil but a 3 inch leveling kit and 3 inch blocks sound very appealing with my high school student budget. Please give me some setup suggestions with prices and pictures. Thanks!!!

I certainly hope that $1000 is not including new tires. Toytec 3" lift with an AAL would be perfect for you. Click the FAQ link in my sig.

Post a pic of your truck and your location.

Yeah man, save your money. This would be the way to go on a budget. Plus, you'll have plenty of cash left over to spend on the chicks.

Haha, a highschool budget for me meant an '88 Mercury Topaz. I still miss that old car, even though it was a POS by the time we parted ways. Didn't even have heat during her last winter. Welcome to Tacoma World.

^Yeah, good point. $1000 when I was in HS would've been a ton. Of course, that was the late 80's....

I still say save the money. There are tons of things a HS could use that on, like college, for example.
