    I had the same issue, brought it back to my work (Toyota dealer) and my advisor noticed the bushing kept pushing its self out and squeaking/grinding metal on metal. So in the end ARB said they were "defective" and sent me another leaf pack.:)

    And the squeak is gone!!!!!!!!!

    Sad day in hell when you pay top dollar for one of the "best" rear lift leafs available,,,and you have to try every conceivable and inconceivable silly ass way to keep yourself from crawling under your truck every 37 minutes to find a remedy to quiet this GD thing.....OME...are you listening....so for all us losers out there that bought these wondrful noise-makers can find solice in the fact that if you use 3M Automotive double sided tape on the EPDM rubber strips, it will not only quiet the creak/squeak...but stay in place, and add mil. to last longer,,and finally.. I can't F#%*#@g believe that my $35K customized build sounds like a headboard in a college dorm durin' Homecoming Frat parties......That is all..

    Tech's notes= FOUND THAT THE RIGHT FRONT LEAF BUSHING SLID
    OUT OF THE LEAF PACK AND CAUSING THE
    LEAF TO SQUEAK ON THE FRAME.

    Key word EVENTUALLY,,its metal and under pressure, it WILL fatigue and fail, we all know that...but some of these guys have new installs..totally unacceptable with the new technology, Research and Design(albeit poor).!
    I understand that some of these spring maladies have arisen through incorrect installation, or over torquing of u-bolts, but getting something new outta' the box and expecting it to function as advertised, and not holding up to it, is bad business...NO ONE buys a product with the expectations of failure. What's the #1 thing all of us grease monkeys do when in or around our trucks....Thats right..listen for noises that arent supposed to be there..then immediately go into fix and repair mode..which equates to time and money...
    I wanna' spend my money on quality cool stuff that works,,not on fixing or replacing it......There..I done..starting to sound like my wife.....need beer.

    Fact^^^ im eventually going to be using this fix once they start to squeak again.
    But for now im just glad I got a replacement leaf pack and the bushing isn't pushing its self out and causing a squeak:D
