$339.00 front shock install!?

Bilstein 5100's arrived today! Have the rear leaf TSB and plan to level truck with 1.75 setting. Local shop advised it takes about 1 1/2 hr per shock to install...with alignment they quoted $339.00...seems lengthy and expensive. Reasonable or am I ignorant?

I will not tackle the job myself - I'm somewhat of a stoop with mechanical stuff.

 

i would say that it seems high. but they prolly need to put the shock inside the coil. seems high yes. i dont know much about it though, so i will stop giving you useless information.

 

on my 05 I was quoted from $225-$275 for the fronts. $100 for the rear. I never had them replaced. I was planning on doing the rears myself, but never got around to it. Then traded my truck for a 2011.
