Yes, but how do I remove or what do I remove of the old bushings? Got a pic of how the new bushings install into the holes?

I just got the bill for the alignment which was 185 doll hairs because they had to charge me for two hours of labor due to messing with the LR UCA's...They said it took them 2.5 hrs!! Anyone else run into this or have it take the alignment shop this amount of time to get it straightened out?

Yea I haven't heard of hour rates with alignments. It's usually "x" dollars for an alignment

Yeah, but if it take them longer than usual or they have more work to do, they'll want to charge more of they have a reason

True, but it's also not necessarily his problem that they can't figure out how to do their job... it shouldn't matter what kind of UCA's someone brings in, if they're an alignment shop, they should be able to align anything at the price they advertise. Just my opinion though.

Not sure what they did in those 2.5 hrs but for that price, I better get lifetime alignment. Mine took 30mins

I agreed to an extra charge ahead of time due to the aftermarket UCAs when I had my alignment done at my Toyota dealership , however 2.5 hours seems like a really long time .

What setting did you have the UCA's at when you took it in and what were your final numbers ?

I set the UCA's myself to the D? Position or whichever one gave it 2* extra caster. I handed the alignment guy the paper and discussed what needed to happen...he looked a little concerned and told me it could take several hours...I left the truck over night and called them today and got the news about the bill. I was told that the specs I got are what I requested which should be Toe 0* Caster 3* and Camber 0*. When I pick up the truck along with spec sheet I will post it.

Thats what I'm wondering as well...I showed them what they were working with and the guy said that it will take a while, however the gentleman said there will be a lot of adjusting which would require him to take off the wheels and my freshly mounted ST Maxx's:D. Just never dreamed of a 2.5 hour job.

Maybe he did a super perfectionist job on it, let us know the specs!

I'm hoping there was no chance of this because I spent about $350 in bushings bolts and washers to replace them as well as about five hours torching cutting and taking 5 years off my life from inhaling the melted bushings...I'm not bitter at all about it if you couldn't tell:mad:...I hear you've had the same issue?

Will do. I will try to post some pics or I will just type them out...I have 255/80/17 St Maxx's on 17" rims with 0 offset and backspacing of 4.5 and the tech said I am rubbing on the inner fender...hopefully not too big of a deal. I also have 1.25 inch wheel spacers.

I've heard some guys rub with 4.5 BS and wheel spacers, you might not rub if you remove the spacers

Yeah I need to do my own assessment because I still havent seen the truck yet...I may have to change things up because I don't want to destroy the new tires. Thank you

Mine are frozen now too, frame replacement will fix that :D

I hope you applied and are applying antiseize to them every year? Otherwise they will seize again
