The TC's are better from what I have heard. Many people have them and love them and they're cheaper.

Icons are stronger and have a dust cover over the joint to keep out dirt. Note that "stronger" is a relative term as the TC UCAs are strong as hell.

I went with TC after I snapped an UCA. I'm still fixing other things so I can't give any performance insight yet, but they're definitely beefy.

Don't leave out Camburg. Similar to the TC arm, offers slightly more travel, and costs less. Icon arms are definately official though, just really expensive.

I chose the TC's over the Camburg's because when I read up on how they get thier "More travel" by useing a smaller bolt for the spindle, it seemed like a weaker product.
