Cool Lift Kit Issues. Need opinions

Over the last few days I have been on the phone with Downsouth Motorsports, Wheelers, Etc. as well as been in and out of various shops around here. My rear leaf springs are shot and need replacing. Up until today my plan for the lift kit was this:

Bilstein 5100's front and rear
OME 880's (maybe 881's)
and either
OME Dakar Leaf Springs or the Wheelers 5 leaf pack.

But one of the shops I went into today was almost insistent that pairing the 880s or 881s with the 5100's was a horrible idea and that OME even discouraged it in there install instructions. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Also, what are everyone's opinions on the Dakar vs Wheeler leaf packs?
