I am looking at getting the Ultimate lift package w/ Radflo front coilovers. So, my question is which coilover size would be better for a PreRunner that will very limited offroad use since I travel with work and it sits parked 75% of the time.

    Here are the options:
650LB coils on the 2.0" shock body standard
600lb coils on the 2.5" shock body standard

    ...too much shit to list.
Spring rate requirements depends on the front end weight.
Shock body diameter is proportional to the amount of fluid within the shock.

Larger shock body means more fluid, less fade with constant use.
Higher spring rates are needed for more weight (plate bumpers, winch, etc).

If your running stock 4x2 with a v6, you wouldn't need anything larger than a 600lb spring rate, hell a 550 might even be fine.
