Ok, just curious. Just finished putting in OME 881, 5100, and 1/2" spacer in one side. Definitely higher than the other. I was just curious though. When I take off the old spring and put it up against the new 881, they are the same length. Shouldnt it be longer?

I did move the 5100 clip to the lowest setting, since everything I read said that if I set the shock to add lift when using the 881, it would put too much pretension on it and make the ride too rough.

Never looked at mine. I would just assume it is a stiffer spring.

And again I will add........Why did you buy 2 lifts? Even if the 5100's are adjustible for lift, you have 2 lifts.
I would have opted for 5125 or rather ome's. nitrochargers.

yeah maybe so even with the bilstein clip lowered and up against the old shock, the plate the spring rests on is also at the same level. So am I only getting the top place spacer height I added or are the springs the same length but stiffer.

I am guessing I am correct in lowering the 5100 so that it does not add any lift since I am using the OME 881's?

You are correct. 881's with 5100's set at 0.
