Bilstein 5100 adjustment

Has anyone tried to adjust the heigth after the install??
Need to go higher-have them set a 1.75-and need 2.5. DAMN.
Has anyone tried to use spring compressors while shocks are still installed?
Sure seems possible--ANYBODY??
BILLies for a 1st generation 5100,s.
Sure would save a bunch of work --really do not want to remove them.

 

It's dam near impossible to do on the truck there is no room for the spring compressor. Ive moved a guys up and we just took the shock off the truck compressed the springs and moved the clip up.

 

Thanks--initial installation was pain in the ass--did it by myself-.
Just was trying to avoid removing the shocks again.
Rears were a piece of cake--fronts were pretty tough.

 

The compressor will be a bitch to get in with the shock on the truck. And if you're cranking them that far it'd be much safer to do it off the truck.
