1st off, I know this is an old thread. But why start a new one and watse forum space?

Anyway, I went to install my leveling kit this past weekend. And found that my LCA will not swing down as it should. I loosened up EVERYTHING, tried a pry bar, even gave it some really good wacks with a big hammer. It will move very slightyly down, like 1/4 inch, but spring back up like there is a force on it.

Any insight? Am I missing something obvious?

    - Removed both knuckle bolts
    - Removed the lower strut bolt
    - Loosened LCA bolt to the frame

    Ever replaced your LCA bushings?
Bolts and sleeves might have a lot of corrosion after 10 years in Ohio.
