STEERING FEEDBACK

Guys I need some input/help. i have the 5100's and originally had them set at 1.75 and it rode really good, but then i moved them up to 2.5 and it rides like crap. Way to stiff, but I am also getting a lot of feedback/bumpsteer in the steering wheel when im on gravel or in the woods (even a slow speeds). My question is what is creating the feedback...the springs being really tight now or....the steering linkage being "tweeked" a bit by the lift. I am going to move the shocks back to 1.75 but if the lift isn't causing the steering issue I thought about putting the toytec 1/4" spacer on top to get most of the lift back and keep the ride nice.

Also when I moved them to 2.5 I put on 16x9 wheels also. could the added track width cause some of that also?

Higher lift = less Caster, which then = more bump steer.

the alignment wasn't perfect, but even the caster was in the "green". I really didn't think 3/4" would make THAT much difference, but I know everyone says the 2" mark is the magic # for UCA. DAMN.
