Ball joint bolt locked??

    Any ideas on how to get this nut off? It seems to be practically LOCKED on! Can't budge it...

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
    a LOT of leverage... I used the end of my hydraulic jack handle and stuck it on the ratchet... worked like a charm.

    You did remove the keeper pin from the bolt first, right?

    Got it out. Just needed a bigger torque bar.

    Do I need to take apart the stock ball joint to get the UCA off?

    naw, just smack the bottom of the bolt (lightly) with a small sledge -- it should pop out after a couple of hits.
