Thanks for the info. Just got a used set with the top overload removed and trying to figure out if I want to order the D29XL leaf or not before I put them on. I have switched out my packs a few times and it sucks to get done and not have the numbers you are looking for.

lookin for some info here guys.

what number from hub to fender in the rear would be level to 3" of lift up front? I THINK the hub to fender numbers for front are around 24.. correct me if im wrong.

looking to replace my Icon 3 leaf pack (1.5" over stock) with something a little beefier as the Icons have already flattened out and are way too soft. just want to be level to 3" up front and not have them flatten out on me.

    Thanks ~ Moose

Well if you had 24 up front , you would want 24 out back to be level , no ?

i wasnt sure if the fenders were the same height. I had heard otherwise. If they are the same.. then yes, a simple match would do it.

So, then to get the OME's to match a 3" lift up front.. what would I need to do to the OME pack? leave it alone? remove the 3rd leaf?

    Thanks Oz

When it arrives , see if it's a - , + or neutral pack , that will determine if you want to remove a leaf or not

are you able to specify which one you would like at the time of ordering?

I'm assuming those "options" are for lighter/heavier rates?

Maybe , IDK , depends on vendor I would assume

Neutral ( no marking ) Dakar packs are packs that meet OME's spec

" + " packs ( they have a + on them ) are slightly above spec in lift height

" - " packs ( they have a - on them ) are slightly below spec in lift height

The carrying capacity would theoretically be the same in all 3 packs though
