Stock vs Block vs Suspension travel numbers

Ok now ive done some searching and cant find any of this info here or on other websites. What is the Wheel travel of stock TRD OR suspension? How much Travel do you lose when Installing a block lift and what if any change in Tracel is there when going to a suspension lift?

Now obviously you can find travel numbers for LT kits, Like mine is 16" of travel but how much more is that than stock?

Just curious no real need for the info but thought it would be good to know for people considering different types of lifts. And if anyone has a link to a thread with the answers please post!
