have you looked into a "Spring Under" kit?
I don't know much about them but I've seen some badass tacomas with them. I don't see why you couldn't use a spring under kit with your current springs. I'm with you on the lower rear end, just not sure on the compatibility with the spring kit you have. I will try to post a picture of the tacoma I've seen with the spring under if I can find it.

Might want to wait on adjusting the rear until after you see how your tire carrier weights it down!!

Cus two 35"tires at the end of the truck will make a bit of a difference..

We can always remove a leaf or two when you get up here..

the spring under "kits" for the 2nd gens do come with shackles... DMZ, defined, giant

x2... esp since those grabbers weigh as much as that fat ass michael moore

the spings will start to flatten out alot with the weight back there once you off road a few times... just saying

id say keep all leafs until you have you new gear, take it wheeling and see how much the leafs will settle. you may like the height then...

I wouldn't remove any. you've seen mine and the back has come down at least an inch and a half..

Think about it your going to change it again when you LT the truck so just keep what you have..
