Hey Guys, i've had a 2.5 bilstein lift installed on my 2006 DC for a little while now. and there is an unknown "clicking" sound coming from the front end.... you can only hear the sound when turning off the road into a parking lot...( truck flexing while going over the sidewalk) you can also hear it at slow speeds going over bumps.....

I had suspected the sway bar.... but its not cause i removed it and i can still here the sound... its quite annoying as it makes the truck sound like a POS....

Are you on the brake when it happens? The brakes do that at times! May have to get under there and try to move shit around/torque everything too!

not on brakes when it happens.... if the brakes are supposed to sound like that it's quite embarrassing when people ask what the sound is.

Do you have after market UCA's? If so, they need lube! Can you narrow it down to a side?

Ok, now i definetly think that its not the brakes, the other day i was pulling out of the driveway and while i was on the brakes it was making the sound... it sounds like the driver side.... but i'm not positive. It could also be coming from the passenger side too... I have stock upper control arms.

I have the same problem as well, just got bilstein 5100s set at 2.5 in the front and i hear like grinding sound where something brushes up against another underneath the front of the car. What should I do to get rid of that sound?
