Tire, spindle, ball joints, UCA and possibly the tie rod end.

Looks like the upper balljoint is damaged. Hard to say if the lower balljoint is still OK. I would replace the UCAs to start and order additional parts if needed, based on visual inspection once you start the disassembly process.

Since you have a lift, might as well order uniball UCAs. There's a how-to here: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/sus...w-install.html

LT would probably be your best bet. but from what i see from the pics:UCA, LCA[possibly], ball joints, spindle, tie rod, tires, wheels. LT would just be more cost effective IMO good luck

Thanks to everybody who replied. So far I've changed the CV Axle, upper ball joint, and lower ball joint. I still can't put the tire on because it hits the UCA. Do I have 2 change the UCA and spindle?
