help with new lift for 09 dc sport

here is my possible build 09 dc sport,
1. billys all around setat .85 with eibachs springs (do u think i need new uca?)
2. 1 1/2 aal from wheelers (stock rear no tsb)
3. diff drop
4. xd addicts 17x9
5. terra grapplers 265x70x17

 

1. hit or miss on the ucas'
2. k
3. diff drops do nothing on 2nd gens
4. what offset or backspacing?
5. LT or P metric? according to the nitto website the LT' 265's aren't approved for 9" wide rims.
