Lifting a Regular Cab

I have the Bilstein 5100's set at .85" and am pretty close to level. I have a chance to get an AAL and a set of rear 5100's for a good price through another member. I would then crank up the front 5100's to level out. Questions as follows:

- What would the new setting on the fronts be to be level?
- If you've done this, have you had issues with vibrations?
- Have you had to replace the UCA's to get a proper alignment?

Thanks.
