Should the stock springs, insulators and mounts be sufficient to reuse?

Just got my Bilstein 4600 shocks for my 2006 5 lug. Is it safe to say that I should just be able to pop out the old front shocks and pop in the new ones? Or is it wise to replace parts like coil springs, mounts and insulators?

Also, shouldn't the front shocks have a rubber cushion absorber that sits in the tray of the shock where the bottom of the spring sits? I picture a lot of noise and friction. The service manual doesn't show one.
