Good or Bad Idea?

Suspension lift – wanting to combine a Drop Down Bracket and a OME lift. Goal, run 35” tires without trimming fenders. Also a good ON road ride..

Not sure what doing this would do for you that combining a DB lift with a good set of extended length coilovers would not. If you install the drop brackets you need to use the longer spindles that come with the kit. That means you need longer struts. That's why the BL kit comes with spacers to extend the factory strut. Does OME have longer strut assemblies?

this is exactly what i am thinking about doing! I've read very mixed things.....some people say no way, while others are running 8"-9" of lift! If some people that have done this could chime in that would be great!!

i think that the guys who have done this still have to trim and they still have to use the coil spacer on top of the ome kit. i wouldnt recommend it. i would just trim the fenders. everyone has done it and its not that hard

If you get a drop bracket, then a 3" lift. Its just like a 3" on stock truck. I think this guy did just that.
