What size axle shim for regular cab?

So I installed an AAL and cranked the 5100's up to 2.5. Now I'm getting a vibration at highway speeds and when coasting downhill with foot off throttle, I'm getting a noise that almost sounds like a strong crosswind. My question is: what size axle shims do I get (2 or 3 degree)? Any other recommendations? Also, can I reuse the existing leaf spring bolt (the one that holds the leaf pack together or do I need one with a larger head?

Thanks for the quick response. I will double-check that. I know it's hard to tell from the pics but do the angles look bad? I was reading that the angle on both ends of the driveshaft should be equal but don't fully understand it.
