Leeper shock fail today....

    If you all remember the great Leeper coilover(Donahoe knockoffs) adventure, well i was one of the bunch that got one of those $500 sets. Today my driver side Leeper coilover was clicking everytime i went over bumps and it seemed a little soft. When i got home there was a light oil puddle where i was previously parked and the bottom half of the coilover was oily. So there it is, another Leeper coilover failure-probably less than 10,000 miles and no offroading with them. I live on Maui and i don't think i can have them rebuilt here. I'll probably just buy some icon coilovers now unless anyone has some Christmas suggestions for me. Anyone looking to buy some blown leepers here on Maui? I would ship to west coast but it cost around $125. Back to researching coilovers now.......................:D

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    DSM will rebuild them for ya for a good price. Much cheaper than a new set, and they warranty their work.

    As long as you want. It wont handle the same, and could cause a loss of control, if you had to make a sudden directional change.

    Should of kept the top plate spacer lift for backup. Oh well, gotta baby the supercharger for the next few days :(
