Ride height, 5100 at .85 or eibach/5100 at 0

I wormed through and searched about 15 threads but was unable to find measured heights from center hub to fender measurements. It is likely out there since this has been talked about so many times but was unable to locate.

The measurements I found were always from the ground to the fender but that adds tire size into the mix as a variable.

The reason I am being picky is I do not want to put steps/sliders on my truck, I might do sliders in the future but for now would like to get by without them since it looks better.

So I am looking for measurements of

5100/eibach set at 0 measuring from center of wheel top of wheel arch/fender

I am about 5' 10" and lifted the front of the truck with a jack to try and get a feel if I can still get in and out without jumping and tearing up my seat. My wife is 5' 2" so she is screwed either way and just jumps in but seldom is along for a ride.

If the eibach's are too tall I am just going to go with the billies set at .85 and get some sport coils instead of my OR coils.

I do not off road just looking for better ride quality than stock.

TIA

The best ride your going to get is from stock setup.

I have eibachs, paired with 5100's at .85" and I love the ride. I'd assume it would only be better if the 5100's were at "0".

I don't have any measurements for you... But I'd assume your stock setup is at least better than 5100's at .85.

I vote eibachs. Good luck!

I'm a short 5'9" and have no trouble getting into and out of my double cab with Eibach coils and taller tires (265/70R17). I've got them paired with 5100's set at 0. The ride is awesome! To give you an idea, I gained almost exactly the advertised 1.6" in the front from the Eibach coils. Jack the truck up to add that much and see where you're at.

I tried again later and put it at 1.6ish and it seems ok to get in and out of. Now I just need to spend more money and get the eibachs.

thanks
