Icon stage 1 review

First off i am pretty new to the scene and lifts. All the information i have learned about lifts came from this site. My previous truck was a dakota and the only type of lift we could get on those was body lifts.

The type of offroading i get to do is mostly mud and snow type trails. My parents and gf's cottage is far north ontario. Getting a foot of snow is not uncommon.

I chose to purchase a icon stage 1 kit, with all pro standard 3" leafs. I bought the icons through metal techs black friday sale.

Install was super easy. I decided last minute to not put in my lr uca's just to see how the set up would ride. I got exactly 2 1/4" lift up front and 2 1/2" in the rear. I have a bed mat, a water bag for winter and a pretty hefty tool box in the rear.

I could not be more happier with this set up, the truck rides amazing. I have the tools to do my own alignment. But I went to go have the numbers checked regardless since my caster guage is hard to get the same readings all the time.

I have a very little rear vibe at about 10 mph, but it so slight my duratrac tire rumble is just a hair louder.

With this lift right now i can clear all of the downed logs and rocks at my local trail. I am seriously considering selling my lr ucas. As i dont think I need to go higher.

I will post pics tommorow of how the truck sits, my jeep friends could not believe how well the truck rides after the lift. Ohh and thanks for everyone in this section for helping out a taco/lift noob.

It cost me 2305 with the icons, allpro leafs and lr ucas. Here is a pic of how it sits with the lift.

Truck looks sick. Do you have any vibrations?
