lift kit

i have an 07 Tacoma crew cab Trd 4x2 I'd like to put a lift kit on it but no NOTHING about lift kits any help would be great as far as cost is it a different drive w/ a lift just any info is great. I mostly want it for looks.

If you don't need Safari or Baja quality I did alot of research and decided on a Tuff Country 3" lift. You don't have to lose your Bilstein shocks, the front has a strut extender and the rear adds a leaf. The complete kit was in the 285.00 range on suspensionconnection.com(best price I found) Actually the most cost will be the installation. I work for Toyota and it cost me 350.00 labor at a reduced rate! Hard to do if you don't have the proper tools.
But the end product looks great and yes it feels great high-ridden'. With the lift I could fit 305/70/16 Yokohama Geolander M/T plus tires, which added another inch plus. Good luck!
