Welcome to Tacoma World!

The "best" lift is pretty subjective. What do you want the lift for? Looks, off raod, both.......

What would you recommend for looks? And or both looks and offroad?

For a 3" lift, I am really happy with the set up Im running. OME 885's, OME N140S shocks (front), Total Chaos UCA's, AAL in the rear with Bilstien 5100 shocks. Great off road, and drives nice on the road.

Would you recommend for just on road daily driving? 5100s at 2.5" with 285/70/17? That what I'm leaning towards that's why.

Thats a good lift as well. If you get that set up, you should be plenty happy.

I was thinking of buying 5100s all around and I have read in TW that people set their 5100s at either 1.75 or 2.5. I also have new ReadyLift 2.25" coil spacers still in the box but many people say it is too much stress on the ball joints. So I am in a similar situation to the poster.

I am a STREET QUEEN and want a comfy ride that looks tough but doesn't screw up the suspension. I also have 20s with new 275-60-20 tires that are in the garage just waiting for a solution. I don't know enough to make the right choice.

DM, can I keep the stock coils, and for ONLY street driving - should I add the RL spacers or place an order for the 5100s so I can fit my 33" tires?
