Stainless ball with teflon shouldnt have too many issues in wet areas, if you're that concerned what about the light racing balljoint?
I hear the others mentioning snow areas, or dry areas. Long life with uniballs is fine if it works for you.
In another application, a KTM dirt bike, certain models have used a teflon lined uni ball in some applications and some run them dry, some run them with spray style lube and others grease them. Depending upon where you live, and how much exposure to water and grit, seems to define how long they last. Typically greased lasts longest, but the application does have seals, unlike the upper arms.
The guy that mentioned race car parts make race car noises is correct.
I'm optimistic my Camburgs will be fine for how I plan to utilize my ICON / Camburg / OEM front end.
