How often should I grease TC UCAs?

I installed them a month ago or maybe a little over a month ago. What's the increments to grease the zerks?

 

I made it a habit to losen up my uca's a bit and pump new grease into them every oil change. Does it need it, no. I just do it because I have the time and all the free grease to do what I want with ahahah

 

All right, sounds good to me. I bought them used and have no maintenance recommendations for them so what type of grease am I supposed to use? I know non- petroleum based are a no no.
