This comes with the OME "Lift Kit".

Is this what I need to correct the tacoma lean?

Yes

It goes on the driver's side front shock BELOW the coil seat

Will the trim packer work if you're using 885s on the Bilstein 5100s? I'm ordering my coils pretty soon and need to know what else to get with them so I get them all at the same time.
