It is if it's put together right. There should only be one spacer on there and it goes above the top plate, NOT sandwiched between the spring and top plate.

Well if you want something with a smooth ride a good set of coilovers (like Kings or Fox) will ride best on the road so I've been told.

But they are quite a bit more expensive. As the saying goes, you gotta pay to play.

i dont want to spend tons of money, but i dont want to get crap either. 4 wheel parts is trying to cram procomp down my throat (because they are a dealer for them) and i am just not sure how good that is, but i liked the stnace of this truck

If you go with the Bilstein's, get the 5100's for the rear and then an AAL. I got mine from Toytec for $70 (for the pair). They did their job and were easy to install. Just make sure you lube them before install or the squeaking will drive you insane. Ask me how I know

Lol I didn't lube them. Even if you do they will squeak eventually but white lithium grease does the trick.

I have no experiance with them but OZ does. If I had the extra money I probably would have replaced the stock pack. I hear lots of good things about them though.

I wasn't aware that you could by Fox or Icon coils?

In a perfect world where money wasn't an issue I would run Fox w/ resi, Total Chaos UCA's, Fox w/ piggybacks, and either Dakar or All Pro Expo leaf pack. Would be a champ on and off road.

I was told to get Fox or Icon so the highway miles would be smoother.

Yeah but you can't get Billies and Fox/Icon. They are two different type shocks lol. You can get Fox or Icon in the front and put billies in the rear. Lots of guys run that.
