OME N140S vs. 90000 Shock; Whats the difference?

Title says it all.
I could not find a definitive answer by searching, simply that the 90000 is the new version of the N140S.
With that being said, its funny to me that ARB still has the 'old' strut listed in the kit on their website.http://store.arbusa.com/2-Inch-05+Tacoma-Stock-Kit-OMETAC05LK-P21031.aspx

So basically, is the 90000 a better shock and worth spending extra $ (if applicable) from a place that supplies that strut? Or are the N140S just as good? Are places that list the N140S as being included in their kit selling an out dated, inferior product?

get the new OMEs...from what i hear, the new valving is better

This just one place. Same with AutoAnything and 4wheelparts.

 

For those that may have the same question in the future. The OME 90000 have different valving than the N140S, as NYCO pointed out. This translates to a softer street ride than the 90000, while still providing a firmer ride than stock. It seems it comes down to ride preference (fyi, kits with the older shock can be found at cheaper 'out the door' prices).

 

I got the older shocks for the softer street ride but less high speed ability.
