How to make strong?

Ok i have a question for anyone who may know. I have a 2011 TRD Sport access cab v6 4x4 i want to lift her around 3inches and i was looking at coilovers to do it...but my main question is for the rear...not only do i want a good lift but the main thing is i want strength, not for offroading or "jumping" but for hauling stuff in the bed. Will anything make it stronger to were i can hall more? and if i can get it strong enough to hold will it hurt my axel then Thanks in advance

The truck was under 3yrs old and under 36000 miles, so they swapped the crappy 3 leaf pack for a TSB 4 leaf pack, then I added a deaver long AAL, and bilstein 5100 shocks.

Truck handles the weight much better now, and the truck does not ride rough when its empty.
I think it rides smoother than it did with the 4 leaf pack and trd shocks.
Sweet thanks for the info man
