Yea but thats not going to fix my problem and i dont need spindles, i think the problem is from my bent alignment cam brackets, or my LCA mounts being tweaked maybe.

spindles would make your ucas back to stock geometry, so in theory you would get a way better alignment

I'm pretty surprised that you had a caster reading of * 6 * on one side. Not .6 Not 1.6 but six degrees of caster.

It does seem potentially possible that you or a previous owner has tweaked the frame mounting points somehow.

I'd ask you how you use the truck, but inevitable the answer is "I don't wheel it THAT hard" and every driver is tuned different about what "feels" right.

I think if I were in your shoes, I might put the stock coilovers and upper control arms back on, then go to a good body shop with a frame alignment rack and have them check it out. Then once the frame was in spec I'd put my components back on.

Alternatively, maybe you could use a die and cut more thread onto your tie rods.

also what numbers did he request when he asked the shops to align it?

    6.1*

No one I know can get more then 5* out of this set up and they try very hard so they can fit 35's easier.

you can get spindles used for dirt cheap. The last set I bough was for $60 shipped

    buy used spindles cheap.
    remove front end
    inspect everything
compare spindles side to side laying flat
if bent replace - if not keep for trail spare or sell

The OE LCA mounts are a joke and can be bent by hand once the LCA is removed. IMO if they are bent someone with a good 'eye' would be able see it immediately. I would also imagine visial damage to the LCA, steering stop, or LCA mounts. You could also throw an angle finder or square to them and check. If it was bent the weld to the frame might also show a small crack.

Any local members or good 4x4 shops near you who know their shit?

I like *cough*oswego*cough*'s advice better than what I suggested.

Equal out the caster and you should be able to get toe within specs. the side to side difference in caster is causing the issue with toe. Plus that much cross caster will cause a horrible pull left.
