If your talking about the rear spring tsb then they may not let you, check your rear leafs see if it is a 3 pack or 4 pack, if its 4 you definitely do not need it.

my 09 has 3 leafs and the dealership and HQ are being complete dicks about it, so i'll just replace them w/ somw 3" leaf packs from allpro. there are people on here though that got it done w/o any hassle at all

    Oh Yeah!!!
Were they that way when you got the 07?

Im getting mine inspected next weekend and think they might screw me. Apparently the swap cost about $1100 in parts, from what the tech advisor quoted..and they are tight wads:D

5100's all around, fronts at 1.75". TSB leaf pack + Toytec TSB AAL
I read about this TSB about a week after I picked up my '09 (about a month ago). I checked the part numbers on my leafs, sure enough, they were the ones mentioned in the TSB. Obviously they were the 3 leaf pack too. I called the stealership, they gave a bit of resistance, but after a civil 15 minute discussion they agreed to "open a case with toyota". That was on a saturday. By mid-morning monday, I got a call back saying that the springs were on order.

Wasn't really a big deal to get it done, and I'm glad I did.

I'm not sure that my '09 needs it. Yes, I have the 3 leaf spring pack, but my truck doesn't ride harsh or bottom out with 400lbs in the bed. My friend has an '07 SR5 that rides like shit... bottoms out over a small bump. It's almost unbearable. He just hasn't had time to do the TSB yet.

I have an '09 and my dealership didn't even bat an eye. I just went in knowing that my springs matched the part numbers affected and they ordered the parts. No convincing necesary.

I think it just depends on the dealership...

the part number is on top of the springs. stick ur head over the top of the rear tire and look down on the springs and u'll see it....or if u have a big noggin, snap a pic down on top the springs
