At 130K on stock suspension time to upgrade my 05 Taco. Mostly mild off-road and trail rides but would like to run 32's or 33's if possible. Don't want to get into UCA and diff drops yet. Was thinking 1.5"-2.5" lift using coil overs and AALs. Any ideas/thoughts from you guys that have been there done that?

    3" OME lift 885s & Dakars riding on 33" KM2s
I have a 3" lift, stock UCAs and no diff drop and am running the skinny 33" (255/85/16 BFG KM2s) with no trimming. You might fit these with 2.5" with some trimming & on less lift with more trimming. :notsure:
I used OME 885s & Dakars. The 885s on yours would give you around 2.5" without spacers and around 3" with 1/4" spacers.

If you want to avoid new UCA's, I'd stay below 2.5" of lift. Some people have gone over that with stock UCA's but it's hit or miss. For mild off roading, check out the OME front lifts with either 884 or 885 coils or Eibach coils. 884 coils will give you around 2" of lift, 885 will be close to 2.5" of lift, Eibach coils on 5100's at 0 will lift around 1.5", set at .85 will be just shy of 2.5" of lift. With the OME coils, you can use either Nitrochargers or 5100s. Eibach coils will be a little stiffer than the OME coils.
