Can't confirm what this particular kit does and does not have without a picture or description from the seller. If you lift 3" you'll want to consider new ucas, though I'd put the money towards a decent (non spacer) lift.

I live in Florida(flat) figured I could get away with just spacers.... Have used them in past for front, but not rear......I never had any issues and was happy with the performance on/off road ....

I'm currently running that 3" Tuff Country lift and have been for about 5 weeks, and to be honest it only took me 3 weeks to decide that I'm going to spend my money on Camburg 4" spindles thus wasting most of the money I put into the spacer lift. It provides a pretty rough ride that I don't necessarily hate but I what I don't like is the potential for damage that these spacers have on my truck. Although I'm getting rid of the front spacers for the 4" spindle lift I am keeping the add a leaf that comes with the kit. IMO I would advise not going with a spacer lift if your any bit concious of the dangers of a spacer lift. Don't waste your money like I have and change the whole lift down the road.
