alignment with lift

    is an alignment needed when i lift my front end just 1.75 inches?

    also, is this somthing i can just do on my own? it just looks as if i would be adjusting the camber/caster on my front end

    Yes, you will need an alignment. I wouldnt do it myself without an alignment rack.

    ok, how hard will it be to change my front shocks to bilstein 5100's? if i do that b4 i take it to get my rear TSB then i will have my front end alignment done for free pretty much correct?

    What Mods!
    True if you do it before free allignmemt but i would drive without one, alot of people have done the install of the shocks not to hard if you have the time and the right tools.

    I think what he is trying to say, if you know how to install the shocks do so before you go to get the other stuff done. This way to take care of everything, and don't have to make seperate trips.
    And YES I would agree you need it alignment.

    Can't help you on the coils, I know you need special tools (I do believe) for that. Some here have done it, and they will most likely shout out.
    I let a shop take care of my needs, but then it is nice to have friends.
