Did toytech give me the rite shocks?

I picked up a ome lift kit from toytech a few weeks ago with out the pre assembled coils & shocks then a few days later took them back to have them assembled. well just got back into town and was going to put them on and noticed the numbers on the shock dont match anymore..? is that rite?

what do u guys think about all the scratchs on the shocks and springs and top plate? looks like they beat them up pretty good... dont how they got ding'd up so bad..?
